About Stardom Books

We believe everyone has a message to share with the world.

That is why we help leaders find it and amplify it — by creating permanent records of their stories, insights and perspectives, using strategic communication and the power of publishing.

Every Stardom title is listed with our worldwide distribution network; physical bookstores and libraries order from it when they choose.

What we are

A publishing house. Not a printing service, and not a ghostwriter.

Stardom Books is an independent nonfiction publisher, with a house in the United States and a house in India. We publish business leaders, founders, professionals and experts who have something worth saying and no time to write it.

Most of our authors have never written a book before. They do not need to have. Our experts interview you, research around you, and bring every resource your book needs — so that it is presented at an international level, matching your seniority. We call it the Stardom Method.

The book is written from your words, approved by you at every stage, and published in your name. You own the copyright. We are the publisher.

  • PlanThe type of book, its positioning and the reader it is for — settled before a word is written.
  • Write, with youRecorded interviews become chapters in your voice. Never ghostwritten, never AI generated.
  • Edit and proofreadSeveral rounds, until you would put your name on it.
  • DesignA cover and an interior that belong beside the best in the category.
  • Publish and distributeISBN, Library of Congress and copyright in your name; four editions; listed with the worldwide network.
  • Launch and promoteThe launch, the media kit, the author platform — so the book does what it was written for.

The founder

How this house began.

Raam Anand, Founder, Chief Editor and Publisher of Stardom Books

Raam arrived in the United States as an expert nobody had heard of.

The expertise was real. He had spent years building businesses in North America and Asia, and teaching leadership communication to executives and entrepreneurs. But a stranger could not verify any of it. The credentials lived in his own account of himself — and to a new market, that is the same as having none.

He closed that gap the way he now advises others to close it: by putting his thinking on the record. He wrote and published, and the books did what conversations could not. They traveled ahead of him, opened doors he had not knocked on, and gave people something to check before they ever met him.

Stardom Books grew out of that experience. Raam saw leaders around him with more insight than he had — and no book, because writing one looked like a year they did not have. So he built a house that would do the work a book needs, from the author’s own words, without handing the author’s name to a ghostwriter. Later he built The Authority Forum, the community he wishes had existed when he arrived.

“I believe everyone has a message to share with the world. What is yours?”

Today he leads a team of publishing advisors, writers, editors, designers and an international publishing team. As Chief Editor, he remains involved in every book the house publishes.

The house

The people behind every book.

A book passes through eight sets of hands before it reaches a reader. Each one is a specialist, and each one works on your book only.

01
Senior publishing advisorsLead the planning stage with each author — the type of book, its positioning, the reader it is for — and stay with the project to the end.
02
WritersInterview you, research around you, and draft the manuscript chapter by chapter in your voice. Nonfiction specialists, all of them.
03
EditorsShape the argument and the flow, then edit line by line until the manuscript reads at an international standard.
04
ProofreadersThe last pair of eyes before anything is printed. Nothing goes to press with an error we could have caught.
05
Formatting expertsTypeset every edition — paperback, hardcover, digital and audiobook — so the book looks as considered as it reads.
06
Cover designersDesign covers that belong on a shelf beside the best in the category, with revisions until you are satisfied.
07
Publishing expertsHandle ISBN, Library of Congress and copyright registration, listings, printing and distribution across the network.
08
Marketing expertsPlan the launch, build the media and PR kit, and help the book do the work it was written for.

Every author works with a named senior publishing advisor from the first conversation to launch — one person who knows your book, and who you can reach.

What we stand for

Four things we will not compromise on.

Your words, not ours

Every chapter is drafted from recorded interviews with you. We do not accept ghostwriting assignments, and no manuscript of ours is generated by a machine.

Permanent records

A post disappears; a book is registered, cataloged and printed on demand for as long as people order it. We publish for the record, not the feed.

An international standard

The book has to match your seniority. Editing, design and production are held to the standard of the best houses in the category, wherever the reader is.

Strategy before writing

A book is not a project; it is a strategy. We settle what the book is for, and who it is for, before anything is written — and we will say so if a book is not the right move for you yet.

The network

One house, four doors.

Stardom Books is the publishing house. Around it are the places where leaders measure, meet and build the authority a book is meant to serve.

Two houses, one standard

Where to find us.

India Stardom Books, LLP Bengaluru, Karnataka advisor@stardombooks.com +91 86607 55234

Both houses publish to the same standard, through the same method, into the same worldwide distribution network. Authors work with whichever house is closer — and the book is available everywhere either way.
