These terms cover your use of stardombooks.com and raamanand.com. Publishing engagements are governed by the written proposal and agreement each author signs, not by this page.

This site is operated by Stardom Books, LLC, Coppell (Dallas), Texas, United States, and Stardom Books, LLP, Bengaluru, India (formerly Stardom Alliance). “We” and “Stardom Books” mean both houses. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You may read, link to and share what is on the site for your own information. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, scrape it in bulk, attempt to interfere with it, or use it to send us anything unlawful, defamatory or in breach of someone else’s rights. When you submit a form you confirm that what you tell us is true and that you are entitled to tell us.
The site, its design, its text and the names Stardom Books, Book as a Strategy, the Stardom Method and the Authority Quotient belong to Stardom Books. Book covers, excerpts and author portraits shown in the catalogue belong to their authors and are shown with their permission; every Stardom author owns the copyright in their book. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to any of it beyond ordinary personal use.
We take care that what we publish is accurate, and we correct it when it is not. Even so, the site is offered as it is. Descriptions of our programs are general; what we will do for a particular author is set out in that author’s proposal and agreement, which take precedence over anything here. Figures such as the number of leaders published and the reach of the distribution network are stated as of the date shown and are updated from time to time. Nothing on the site is professional, legal or financial advice, and a book’s results depend on its author and its market — we do not guarantee sales, rankings or outcomes.
Buy links open the stores that sell our authors’ books, and we link to our own related sites and to services we use, such as Calendly. Those sites have their own terms and policies, which we do not control.
To the extent the law allows, Stardom Books is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything published on it, and in no case for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
For dealings with Stardom Books, LLC, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and disputes are heard in the courts of Dallas County, Texas. For dealings with Stardom Books, LLP, they are governed by the laws of India and disputes are heard in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Each author’s agreement states which house it is with.
