Dr. Ashutosh Kumar is a senior interventional cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist, currently serving as Head of Cardiac Electrophysiology and Arrhythmia unit in Krishna Institute Of Medical Science.
He completed his MBBS at Sri Krishna Medical College, MD at Banaras Hindu University, and DM in Cardiology at the Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, Kolkata. He further pursued specialised training in Malaysia, Germany, the United States, and Taiwan.
Dr. Kumar holds international certifications in cardiac electrophysiology and cardiac devices from IBHRE, USA, and has been recognised as a Fellow by several international cardiology organisations.
An educator, researcher, and author of ECG to Ablation, he serves as Associate Professor of Cardiology at Kamineni Academy of Medical Sciences and Research. He also founded the Heartbeat Foundation to promote awareness and treatment of heart rhythm disorders.
