Blandine Umuziranenge is a Rwandan social entrepreneur, author, and Founder & CEO of Kosmotive, a pioneering venture advancing menstrual, maternal, and reproductive health across Africa. Shaped by early hardship and a determination to pursue education, her journey spans technology, filmmaking, social innovation, and leadership.

Through Kosmotive, she has transformed a local initiative into a multi-country platform promoting dignity, inclusion, digital health innovation, and employment opportunities for women. Her journey includes over 70 global fellowships and programs, including the Mandela Washington Fellowship and Obama Leaders Program. In 2025, her work gained international recognition through platforms such as Times Square, Goalkeepers, and the Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meetings.
