Harish is an entrepreneur and leadership consultant with expertise in strategic alignment, innovation, culture building, and organisational transformation. He studied at the College of Engineering, Pune, and MDI Gurgaon, and has worked with Infosys, Cognizant, and BMC Software in consulting, marketing, and project management roles.

In 2010, he founded Tender Leaves, an innovative online book library service. He later co-founded Choose To Thinq in 2014, a boutique agency focused on helping individuals and teams build future relevance. Through this venture, he has supported organisations such as VMware and IDeaS, a SAS company, in fostering intrapreneurship and a culture of excellence.

As Co-Founder of Align By Design, Harish works with business leaders to strengthen strategic alignment, navigate change, develop effective habits, and unlock organisational potential. His approach combines entrepreneurial experience with practical leadership advisory.
