Kathe Lucas

Kathe Lucas, widely known in internet marketing circles as “The Wacky Gal,” is an entrepreneur, information specialist, and founder of The Agency, LLC. Active online since 1997, she entered the internet marketing industry in 2006 and founded The Wacky Gang network of websites in 2007, providing how-to resources, private-label content, and reseller materials to thousands of users.

Before her digital ventures, Kathe built a successful real estate career beginning in 1976. She earned her broker’s license, managed a satellite office for a leading brokerage firm, served on local and state committees, developed and taught pre-licensing courses, and founded Lucas Properties, Inc. Her career earned her production awards in Oklahoma and California, alongside professional designations and industry memberships.

Kathe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern State University and completed a Master of Public Administration program at the University of Oklahoma. Her diverse professional experience also includes work as an information broker and private investigator, as well as domain trading and directory development. Driven by curiosity and a passion for learning, she continues to explore opportunities in the evolving world of internet marketing.
