Dr. Navdeep Chawla is an entrepreneur, industry leader, and philanthropist with over four decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Born in Fazilka, Punjab, he began his professional journey in pharmaceutical sales before founding Psychotropics India Ltd. in 1986. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its presence to more than 50 countries.

Guided by the values of discipline, integrity, and lifelong learning, Dr. Chawla has held leadership positions in industry associations, educational institutions, and charitable organizations. He is a Professor of Practice at DAV University, Jalandhar, and a member of the Rotary Foundation's Arch Klumph Society.

His philanthropic initiatives include supporting accessible healthcare, distributing free medicines, and establishing a multispecialty health centre in memory of his parents.
