Rajesh Sharma is a first-generation entrepreneur and co-founder of ProHance, a self-funded, profitable SaaS company built from the ground up in Bengaluru, India. With over two decades of experience spanning engineering, energy, and technology, he combines strategic business insight with hands-on entrepreneurial expertise.
He began his career at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) before transitioning into the IT industry, working with global organisations such as Network Solutions and International Decision Systems. In 2009, he co-founded JaMocha Tech, later rebranded as ProHance, which has grown into a global platform serving over 200 customers and securing investment from ChrysCapital.
