What is inside

Business Yogi® No Business Fails approaches business leadership through coaching conversations, real-world situations, reflective questions, and practical problem-solving. Rather than offering quick fixes, the book encourages business stakeholders to examine challenges at their root and develop the clarity needed to discover solutions for themselves.
Through the experiences and discussions of the Business Yogi®, the book explores how entrepreneurs and leaders can approach financial difficulties, performance issues, decision-making, growth challenges, and other complex business situations. The emphasis is on education, empowerment, guidance, and developing the ability to look beyond the immediate problem to understand what may be causing it.
Each chapter is structured to turn insight into application. Alongside detailed discussions and business coaching perspectives, readers encounter the X-Sense of Business Yogi®, key points presented as Access to Success, and assignments designed to encourage action and measurable learning. This makes the book both a reading experience and a practical reference for addressing different business challenges.
At its core is a simple idea: problems can often be approached more effectively when leaders develop the right questions, perspective, and capability to uncover their own solutions. The book therefore focuses not only on solving an immediate challenge, but also on strengthening the thinking required for future decisions.
This book is for entrepreneurs, business owners, CXOs, senior managers, business stakeholders, professional coaches, and individuals responsible for solving organizational challenges. It is particularly relevant to readers seeking greater clarity in business leadership, practical approaches to problem-solving, and a coaching-based framework for turning business challenges into informed decisions, strategies, and action.

From “Is There a Solution to My Problem?”

Vivan got confused. Somebody advised to wind up his business! Listening to his story of being in the clutches of huge debt, the best choice was to close the business; else, he would enter into further financial breakdowns. “It is dangerous to continue the business for you, now,” the mentor advised him. He was right, as his turnover was much less than ten lacs rupees in the previous year.
The very next day he met and asked, “Hi Coach, what shall I do now? He advised me to close this business! I am in a position that I cannot even do that! What do I do now?”
I did not even think a moment but told him, “Don’t stop, continue your business and meet my Business Yogi once!”
Since then, he was meeting him occasionally to get coached in his business. In the next year, in seven months’ time, his turnover grew by seven times!
We are a group of business stakeholders having an independent business and part of our Business Yogi’s Business Yogi® Business Design Studio wherein he designed many businesses already and created many successful entrepreneurs. We meet our Business Yogi periodically, and he coaches us in our business challenges. We are lucky enough, as we are a part of his Research Team too in Business Leadership and Coaching. In one of the Business Coaching sessions, I have asked him,
“I am in fact wondering about what tips or techniques you were giving to Mr. Vivan. Can you share those secrets with us?”
“How about you asking him? That would be better!” He put the ball back in my court.
I have agreed, and when I met Mr. Vivan next I did ask, and he said:
“My Business Yogi told me several times that the truth I must know is so simple that a lock is made with a key in mind. I was getting the right education, empowerment, and guidance that could help me to find the key by myself, that is it!
We encounter many problems and many challenges in life. We are looking for solutions to the problem we face. Many work hard to find a solution. Some even go mad in the process of finding a solution to the problem. Most times, it is not possible to be ignorant of the problem and doing nothing about it. Hardly a day passes without having a problem and looking for a solution. Many would have asked this question at least once in their lifetime “Is there a solution to my problem?” I asked this question myself umpteen times!
You would have learned about the step-by-step approach to finding a solution to a problem. There are systematic ways to find solutions! There are few who are interested and even thrilled to find solutions to problems!
