Through their stories, readers discover how these individuals responded to difficult circumstances, developed their expertise, built businesses and careers, and transformed challenges into opportunities. The book also shares practical insights into leadership, decision-making, resilience, personal transformation, and the strategies that helped its contributors progress in their chosen fields.
At its core, the collection is designed to shorten the reader’s learning curve by making the experiences and lessons of accomplished people accessible through their own journeys.

Dream, Grow and Team Work
By Xesco Espar, Author, Speaker, Intuitive Life Coach
In our innermost being, we all know that we live three parallel lives: the private life, the public life and the secret life. Although we spend most of our time between the first two, it is inside the third where our greatest dreams are forged.
The secret life is based on three principles: first, have the courage to dream that anything is possible; see you future, imagine it as vividly as possible. Second, learn, grow and become someone who deserves that dream, and finally if at the end the task is that big, use the power of teamwork to achieve your dream.
Here's how I see personal leadership to live life from your heart.
MY STORY
My life has always been related to sport and high personal performance.
As a kid, I started playing team-handball because in my school sport was a fundamental part of the education. To be honest, I was taller and stronger than talented.
Our school team had considerable success. This allowed me to enter the FC Barcelona as a young player.
I even got to play in the professional team. But there were some differences between the coach and I, regarding my exact position in the team. I thought it was on the court and he always decided it was on the bench. So I thought that if I have to stay on the bench, at least I'd rather be the boss. So I retired as a player at 22 years and became a sport coach.
This decision actually allowed me to anticipate nearly 10 years in life. Most coaches who were players retire at age 32 or 34 instead. but for me, at 22 I started to prepare myself as a coach so one day I could coach a professional team.
When I started coaching young players, I begun working for a junior team. They didn't get the National Championship for the last ten years since, neither I did in the first year. Too much concerned about winning, I focused on achieving more wins than working to train and develop the players.
At the end of the first year, when I was doing my personal evaluation I realized that instead of playing to win, we better trained to grow and create professional players (which is more difficult than winning). That would mean working not only for improving young players' career, but the chances of winning the championship would increase immediately.
