What is inside
What can aspiring and emerging leaders learn from people who have already faced the realities of leadership, business growth, responsibility, and decision-making?
Leading with Excellence brings together the perspectives and accumulated wisdom of accomplished achievers from the business world. Built around five critical leadership questions, the book presents their responses, recommendations, and experience-based insights in a format designed to make leadership learning more practical and accessible.
Rather than approaching leadership only through theory, the book draws on the thinking of people who have built businesses, developed careers, managed responsibilities, and navigated professional challenges. Their shared perspectives provide readers with different ways of examining leadership, decision-making, growth, responsibility, and the expectations that come with leading others.
The book is structured to help readers benefit from the combined experience of successful achievers without having to learn every lesson through trial and error. By bringing multiple viewpoints together around important leadership questions, it offers a broader understanding of what effective leadership can require in different situations.
At its core, Leading with Excellence is about shortening the leadership learning curve. It encourages readers to study the recommendations of experienced achievers, reflect on how those lessons apply to their own circumstances, and develop a more informed approach to leading people, businesses, and professional responsibilities.
This book is for entrepreneurs, managers, executives, business owners, emerging leaders, professionals moving into leadership positions, and individuals interested in strengthening their leadership capabilities.
It is particularly relevant to readers who want practical leadership perspectives drawn from accomplished achievers and are looking to improve their decision-making, management approach, professional growth, and ability to handle leadership responsibilities with greater clarity and confidence.

What Is the Importance of SMEs in Indian Economy?
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of India’s growing economy and is one of the fastest growing economies of the world.
According to the latest 2017-18 annual report released by the Government of India’s Ministry of MSME, there are an estimated 63.4 million Micro and SMEs in India. Out of these, 19.7 million are in manufacturing, 23.0 million are into trading, and 20.7 million are into other services and collectively provide job opportunities for 111 million. MSMEs contribute around 45% in manufacturing, around 40% in exports & around 29% to India's GDP.Around 10-12 million students graduate every year. Corporates cannot provide adequate jobs. However, we need to work on the mindset and skill set to entice graduates to work in the growing SME sector.
