Parmeet Singh Sood is an entrepreneur, business leader, manufacturing expert, and professional trainer with extensive experience in SME management, engineering, and operational excellence. Through his leadership at Climax Overseas Pvt. Ltd., he has helped advance manufacturing practices by implementing modern technologies and Japanese systems such as Kaizen, Gemba, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous process improvement.
His work has contributed to the company receiving the National Award for Star Performance in Automobile Exports from the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. He has also been associated with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and has led a Lean Manufacturing Cluster to support businesses in improving efficiency and competitiveness.
Trained in the Toyota Production System by Japanese expert Mr. Mototsugu, Parmeet combines practical manufacturing knowledge with a strong interest in mentoring and personal development. He has trained more than 1,000 professionals in manufacturing improvement, quality systems, investments, and growth, and is also the creator of the programme Awaken the Genie in You.
