Vivek Agarwal is an entrepreneur, business leader, and advocate of socially conscious enterprise, committed to creating long-term value for people, particularly employees and the communities his businesses serve. Beginning his entrepreneurial journey in real estate in 2010, he subsequently expanded into telecommunications, information technology, food and beverage, retail, and hospitality.
He leads GPA Group, named in honour of his father, Shri Govind Prasad Agarwal. The Group's diverse portfolio includes Mtech Mobiles, Munafa Mart, 8om, Leverage Group, Teafloor, Tanoshi Trail, and Societal Upliftment Initiative Trust (SUIT), India.
Vivek's leadership philosophy centres on empowering people, fostering efficient work systems, and building an environment where individuals and businesses can grow together. He believes in understanding the aspirations, values, and principles of employees and partners to cultivate meaningful professional relationships and a supportive workplace.
A young entrepreneur and active startup advisor, Vivek has received the Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award for Emerging Brand of the Year and the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award for Most Promising Brand of the Year. He has also been recognised by the Entrepreneur Group as one of the most influential young leaders.
